Having worked in the field of leadership development for many years, there is one thing that I've come to realize: you cannot effectively lead unless you truly know yourself: deeply and authentically.

The other reality that I've faced is that leadership development within business is very limited. Limited by:

These limitations are contributing to significant challenges within our organizations such as abusive management behavior and increased employee turnover and extremely low employee engagement. ​
