Ensuring a healthy work culture is a huge part of what we do.  We currently have two books:

At the heart of it is research.  20 years of academic research has been about how employees integrate into the organization.  ​I've examined the real, lived experience of employees across multiple sectors and use this research to create solutions to help both businesses and organizations. ​

Why does work have to be a painful experience?  We hear this a lot, and it shouldn't hurt to go to work.

I've written a lot about trauma in the workplace.  Burn out, PTSD, surface acting, moral injury...I renamed it Cumulative Workplace Distress as an umbrella term to explain how level II trauma systemically shows up at work and how it impacts everyone involved.  ​
