Her work focuses on the intersection of human behavior, systemic stress, and leadership development. Through her qualitative research and lived experience, she has developed frameworks that help leaders and organizations navigate crisis, conflict, and change fatigue.

Dr. Lord holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change and has partnered with major healthcare systems, government agencies, and educational institutions to implement sustainable, empathy-first learning eco-systems.
