The COMPASS RSI is a brief self-assessment that helps responders and professionals identify how they naturally respond to stress and recover after challenging events. By revealing individual “support styles,” it guides users toward the tools, peers, and coping strategies that best match their needs, creating a foundation for sustainable, personalized resilience.

COMPASS Badges

The COMPASS Badge Program recognizes responders and professionals who demonstrate specific strengths in peer support, emotional intelligence, and cultural competence. Each badge, such as Grounding Guide, Connector Coach, or Insight Integrator, represents a unique contribution within the network, encouraging visibility, trust, and collaboration across all COMPASS programs.

The Crisis Debrief Framework provides a structured, psychologically safe process for individuals and teams to reflect on critical incidents. It promotes emotional regulation, shared understanding, and normalized recovery, helping responders process experiences effectively and prevent long-term burnout or moral injury.
