Sleep is crucial for overall well-being, this is especially true if you're a caregiver of a spouse.  While most of us know both the importance of good sleep and what contributes to it, its always good to have a reminder.  While some caregivers may use this tool as a reminder of what makes great sleep, it can also prove to be helfpul for caregivers who can assess the environment of family members or clients.  A good night sleep is therapeutic for caregivers as well as those in need of care!
